いよいよ手術。（これは25日に書いてます）
1）準備から頭骨を外す前
6:00までは水飲みオーケー。
8:00くらいまで緊張したけど本を読んで気を落ち着かす。ストレッチもやった。
8:45父親の見送りで病室を出る。
8:50手術室に入る。手術室の中にまた手術室がいっぱいある。病室と手術室の看護師で引き継ぎを行う。
9:00過ぎくらいに手術室へ入る。点滴のチューブをつける。右手に1本。左手に2本。酸素マスクをつける。ここから頭蓋骨の解放までは麻酔で寝たまま。あと、いろいろ手術の準備をしたはず。ナビゲーションシステムも。

2）覚醒下手術
ここからが本番。
麻酔から起こされる。特に問題はない。先生の話も聞こえる。
左の頭を開けているので右側を下に寝ている。頭はピンで固定。導尿パイプがついてるんだけどおしっこがしたい。
頭の前にはタブレットがあって、そこにタスクが写し出される。目が悪いので思いっきり近いところにセットしてくれている。
まずは運動野を刺激して電気刺激が上手く伝わるかを調べる。運動野は人によって違いがないらしい。腕を指を曲げながら肘も曲げる。電気刺激を受けると腕が動かなくなった。電気刺激は正常だ。
次は言語野を調べる。タスクはタブレットに絵が出てくる。その絵を見て名前を答える。「これは、・・・です。」という感じ。例えば、ネズミならば「これは、ネズミです。」と答える。
電気刺激をうけると喋れなくなる。画面の絵は見えているけどなんて言うかがわからない。刺激がなければまた答えられる。
とりあえず脳をマッピングして言語野の位置と、どこからアプローチするか狙って行ったと思う。
次に電気刺激を与えながら掘り進んでいく。なかなか難しいのが伝わってくる。色んなところを刺激するが、「これは無理やで～」という声も聞こえてくる。「集中力も限界」みたいな声も聞こえた。これはヤバイかもしれないと思ったが、先生の集中力はまだまだ先だった。ルートが決まったのかこっから1時間くらいといわれた。もうすでに2h以上は起きていると思う。時間を気にしてたけど忘れた。
ズルズル掻き出して、ナビゲーションしてエコーも使ってたと思う。
こちらはずっとタスクをこなしている。覚醒下が始まってからずっとだが、右側の脇腹が最高に痛い。だが、まだまだいけるよ行ってやる。広峰山に比べればこんな手術はどうってことない（と思いたい）。
覚醒下手術は3hを超えるくらいになったかも。除去率は90%くらい。言語の回路に腫瘍が飛び込んでいるらしい。これ以上取ると言語が喋れなくなるところまでとってくれた。ありがとう。

あとは、頭蓋骨を処置して、頭皮を塞ぐ。
麻酔の先生が鎮痛剤を調整して起きるか起きないかぐらいの程度に効かせてくれた。脳を水で処置したり、頭蓋骨にドリルを掘ったり、頭皮をホッチキスで留めたりしたのがわかった。
16:30手術室を出るころには完全にしゃべれるし、特に問題はない。
あとは、頭蓋骨を処置して、頭皮を塞ぐ。

5）ICU
色々なデータを撮る。
心電図、酸素飽和度、点滴、血圧、など
ここは個室らしい。たまたま空いていたそうで、有線のラジオでHAWAIIの音楽をかけてもらった。
手術後の状態としてはとても良い。看護師のかたもここに来ると落ち着くわ～って言ってた。他のICUは大広間でジャンジャンナースコールがなって大変そうだ。痴呆症の人がいるっぽくて、動かないで～とか声かけまくってた。

1) Preparetion for the surgery and before my skull bone to be taken
6:00 It is OK to drinking water.
8:00 I was nurvus but I stayed carm whiling I read some books. I also had some strech.
8:45 I leaved my ward seeing off by my father.
8:50 I entered a large surgery room but I saw a many small rooms. My ward nurse handed over my data to my operation nurse.
9:00 I entered a small surgery room. I took some drips tube with a tube on my right hand and two tube on my left. I had an oxigin mask. From here, I had slept until I took off my skull in the anesthetic. Then, my doctor and staffs prepared something to operate surgery with a nurvigation system as well.

2) Awake surgery
This is my real performance.
I wake up in the anesthtic. There is no problem. I can hear things to say from my doctor.
I lie down on my right side because my head of the left side is open. my head was locked with some screws. I have an urinate tube and I want to urinate.
There is a tablet display to display some tasks in front of my face. The tablet is at near my side because I am nearsighted.
First of all, my moter cortex are electrically impulsed whether the impluse are conducted normally or not. Moter cortex are not different by each humans. I bend my fingers and my right elbow. I can not bend my arm with the impulse. Therefore the impulse are normal.
Next, my speech centor is investigated. Tasks are that I answer names of things that show the tablet. For example, I can talk ‘This is a mouth’ if I see the picture of the mouth.
I can not answer the tasks with the impulse. I see the pictures but I can not answer. but I can answer without the impulse.
For the first being, I think my doctor is mapping for my speech centor and searching a corse to approch my tumor.
Then, my doctor dig me whiling the impluse for a while. I feel that it is very difficult situation. My doctor implused somewhere but I felt my doctor said ‘This is impossible’ or ‘I can not concentrate’.
I thought it was difficult to take off my brain tumor but my doctor still concentrated. It takes one hour to go probably it is clear of the course. I wake up more than 2 hours or more. I can not count clocks.
My tumor are still taken off with the navigation system and echo.
I am doing the tasks. I have an extremely severe pain on my right side from I came back in the awake surgery. but I have never give up I can withstand the surgery that could be better than Mr. Hiromine.
I think it takes three hours and more in the awake surgery. A removal rate is about 90%. The tumor dives into the speech center. My doctor took off my tumor until the very limit that I can talk. Thank you.

Then, my skull was take back to my head and my skin was covered.
Anesthetic doctor adjusted an sedative drag midiumly that I woke or not woke. I felt that my brain was cleaned wit
h water, my skull was drilling and my skin was covered with staplers.
16:30 I talked things completely if I left the surgery room. There is no problems

4) Check up
I checked with CT and X ray.

I felt my condition was pretty well for my surgery. Nurses said that we took easy in this room. Nurses called many of nurse call from paitent with a hall. One of the nurse talked something like a dementia to don’t move.
